What materials are our products made from? 

 

Our pieces are made of three types of solid wood: American Walnut, Tzalam and Beech. Some of our products include different kinds of granite, marble, gold and silver leaf,

amongst others.

Is there any special care needed? 

 

• Do not use abrasive products

• Avoid direct sunlight and humidity excess

• Remove stains with a damp cloth using neutral soap, then dry. 

• Nourish the piece regularly with a natural product such as wax or oil. 

• Being unique handmade products, elaborated from natural materials, they might undergo color changes and movement over time.

Can pieces be customized?

 

Custom orders will ve reviewed by our design team and will be based on feasibility. Certain restrictions may apply.

What is the product delivery time?

 

Most of our products are elaborated by order. Production and delivery time will be specified when an order is placed.

Your order will be reviewed and approved and you will be given a window of time for the production. As all items are handcrafted at Eban & Co., the execution of an order is always variable. However, as a boutique carpentry factory, we will always work with you, our customer, to make sure our service and your timeframe are aligned.

Cancellation policy

 

As all Eban & Co. products are made-to-order and handcrafted there is a strict non-cancellation policy. 

 

There will be NO refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. The customer is responsible for finalizing the sales order with Eban & Co., and all the information contained within it.

Payment policy 

 

All our prices are FOB Laredo, Texas and do not include tax or shipping cost, both of wich will be specified at the time your order is placed. Eban & Co. requires 50% deposit for an order to be processed and placed in our production line. Once the order is ready to shipment, Eban & Co. will contact you for balance payment and to verify shipping information.

Shipping information

 

We ship from Texas for continental U.S. deliveries. Shipping rates and delivery time will be confirmed at the time the final order is placed.
